Ian's East Coast B-day Party


A 7 am skinny dip in the hot tub started the day. Usually
Ian would find grandma and grandpa in their "poofy bed"
and play first thing in the morning, but not today! They tricked
him, but he found them anyway!














Throwing the toys over the edge of the hot tub
was grrrreat fun.

Grandma Kathy, Aunt Celeste and Auntie Anne.


Hey you guys. Don't you know it's past my bedtime!
What's all the singing about?
Ian was a little cranky by the time we got thru dinner and on to the cake,
but 43 members of the family all enjoyed his ice cream cakes even if he didn't.
Aunt Cami wrote Happy Birthday on his cake in blue.


Ummmm. This white stuff is gooood!


We all enjoyed watching Ian eat the cool whip off his fingers.
It was fun celebrating his 1st birthday early since he would
be in Washington state with his other grandparents for the real thing
on August 17th, 2006.
