Tonight I went with Curt, Amy, Ian and James to pick out their Christmas tree. Here we are singing Christmas songs in the truck on our way.
The first thing we saw at the farm was this huge snowman that blew real snow out at us.
Then we went looking for the perfect tree.
and found one within the first 5 minutes!
We also found 4 goats and a pig oinking and bahhhing at us to get our attention.
James and Ian liked this tree.
This bucket is actually to water the Christmas Tree, but James found a more practical use for it.
Home with the tree to put the stand on it and then......
put it in the living rm to dry out. Tomorrow......we decorate and then Grandma heads for the airport to fly home to NY. It will be sad tomorrow night when I have to say goodbye, but I have been in NC and Washington State most of November and have had wonderful visits with my girls (Ashley and Amy), Curtis, little Parker, Ian and James.
