Welcome 2010! We spent the evening at Dan and Diane's with a few members of the family who ventured out in the Icy Weather. Lots to eat, a couple of games of ping pong and great company. The driveway was so icy that Marc and I thought we were going to slide down an embankment right into their garage when we first arrived!!! Dan got the tractor out and with some effort pulled our CRV up to level safety. Then...to make it up the rest of the steep driveway to go home, Dan and I had to push the CRV to keep it from sliding into Rob's Pilot. Pwhewwwwwww! Scary! It was a slippery ride home, but our snow covered dirt road wasn't slick at all! Safely home we opened some blueberry grape sparkling juice and toasted the new year! Here is Dan with Mom who rode up from PA with Joe and Julie.
