steps and porches. Next door they are already
carved and Ian loves to look at them.
So Thursday morning we got down on the
floor and cut, cleaned and carved our pumpkins
from the Pumpkin Patch. That night Ian got
some candles from the kitchen drawer, took Curt's
hand and led him "outshide" to light the pumpkins.
Smart boy (had seen where ma ma had put the
candles away). He was delighted with the scary
faces and didn't want Da Da to blow them out!
Ian loves his "ghost" pumpkin and carried it all
over the house before we carved it.
Amy gave Ian a marker to draw a face
on his white "ghost" pumpkin.
If you look closely you'll see a marker in one hand
and a "no no" (plastic knife) in the other that he tried
very hard to carve his pumpkin with!
We had a hard time convincing him that he had
to put his hand inside to pull the seeds out. But.....
he got the hang of it. "Hand sticky ma ma!"
One happy pumpkin boy!
Lighting the candles.
Giving his "ghost" pumpkin a kiss.
Grandma's, Ian's and Amy's scary pumpkins!
I found these jammie just like Ian's cousin Connor's.
He looks like you now Connor. They match his
big boy spiderman underwear! Happy Halloween!
